Created by aesthete Rémi Rossano with the guidance of his winemaker friend, using carefully sourced grapes & all the skills of the winemaker to produce these three Non Alcoholic Sparkling. The grapes are gently pressed to protect as much of their natural characters as possible & the juice is infused with CO2 for persistent bubbles reminiscent of Crémant or Prosecco for Paris’16 & in both 1688 Grand Cuvées the thin elegant beads of fine bubbles are distinctly Champagne-like.
